On 12 and 13 February, the Circular Building Convert project partners met in the @TUD for two days of lively discussions, strategic thinking and collaborative work.
These meetings were a highlight of the project, enabling:
- Each partner to share their progress
- The presentation and alignment of the 2026 Roadmap, with clarified objectives and consolidated priorities
- Workshops dedicated to Work Packages 2 and 3, promoting co-construction, methodological refinement and operational coordination
These working sessions helped to enhance coherence between teams, identify the next key steps and consolidate our common ambition: to accelerate the transition to more circular models in the building sector.
Beyond the deliverables and roadmaps, this meeting was above all an opportunity to strengthen the partnership dynamic that drives the Circular Building Convert project.
